Untuk peralatan perangkat keras Hardware , kami menjamin semua peralatan komputer yang dibeli sesuai dengan spesifikasi akan bekerja secara baik dan bebas dari kerusakan. kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kekurangan-kekurangan akibat design dari manufaktur.
Untuk pembelian komputer yang tidak dilengkapi dengan software original, maka kami tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap legalitas penggunaan software. Tanggung jawab sepenuhnya berada dipihak pembeli. Kami menyarankan kepada semua pelanggan untuk selalu memakai software original untuk kemudahan dan support yang didapat sekaligus untuk menghindari tuntutan hukum dari pemilik hak cipta dari masing-masing pihak.

Batasan Garansi

Garansi tidak berlaku untuk produk-produk yang habis terpakai misalnya tinta, belt, disk, CRT, baterai, cleaning service dan lain sebagainya.
Garansi tidak berlaku apabila pembeli dengan sengaja / tidak sengaja merusak segel garansi yang tertempel pada setiap produk yang dibeli. Garansi juga tidak berlaku untuk kejadian-kejadian berikut ini:
- Kerusakan akibat bencana alam (gempa, kebakaran, banjir, petir, dll) huru hara, gigitan atau tindakan-tindakan binatang, tegangan listrik yang tidak stabil, kesalahan atau kelalaian pemakai (jatuh, terkena air/cairan kimia dll)
- Pengurangan atau penambahan peralatan aksesoris lain tanpa sepengetahuan BMD
- Telah diperbaiki personal yang bukan staff BMD
- Merubah atau memodifikasi peralatan yang ditanggung
- Transportasi atau instalasi ulang yang salah.
- Kerusakan akibat dihubungkan dengan peralatan lain baik secara mekanis maupun secara elektronis
- Terkena serangan virus
- Kesalahan instalasi software
- Disk drive dan sejenisnya yang terganggu karena kotor
- Pemakaian disket/CD/MO/Tape/Cartridge tidak layak pakai (kotor/rusak/tergores/berjamur dll)
- LCD dengan dead pixel <5 pixel

Jadwal Kunjungan Teknisi

Untuk kunjungan service, buatlah perjanjian dengan bagian penjadwalan. Kami melayani kunjungan service dari jam 9.00 s/d 17.00 WIBA hari Senin hingga Jum'at. silakan hubungi Technical Support kami
Bila anda memiliki keperluan khusus dan menginginkan kunjungan diluar jam kerja di atas, kami juga dengan senang hati untuk melayani Anda. Namun untuk jadwal khusus ini ada biaya tambahan yang akan dibebankan.
Kami akan melayani panggilan kunjungan secepatnya. Standard panggilan jadwal kunjungan kami adalah dibawah 2 x 24 jam kerja.

Pembelian Luar Kota

Untuk Anda yang membeli dari luar kota, jangan kuatir kami juga memberikan jaminan pada semua produk yang Anda beli. Bila terjadi kerusakan, silakan hubungi kami untuk bantuan teknis
atas saran dari technical support kami atau bila setelah bantuan teknis kondisi barang tetap tidak berfungsi, maka silakan kirim kembali barang yang Anda beli ke kantor kami.
